Langhe Rosso DOC Le Sorelle
Vine: Blend of different grape of Langhe area
Winemaking
Soft pressing of the grapes, followed by fermentation and maceration on the skins for 6-7 days at a temperature of 29-31°C.
The wine continues to mature for 6 months when - after clarification - it is bottled. The bottles are then stored lying down in the cellar for several more months before being released.
Organoleptic Characteristics, Preservation
Intense ruby ​​red color, the nose has notes of juicy berries and sweet cherries. In the mouth it is full and solid but pleasant and with a long finish of ripe berries on a vanilla background. Serving recommended at a temperature of 17-18°C
