Barbaresco DOCG Montersino

With a ruby-red colour, the Barbaresco MONTERSINO has a delicate and elegant bouquet with fruity yet ethereal aromas reminiscent of raspberry and violet that combine nicely with richer, more spicy notes.

Vinification

Soft pressing of grapes, maceration with grape skins for around 10-12 days at a maximum temperature of 29-31°C. After the malolactic fermentation in spring the wine is decanted into oaken casks in which the Barbaresco matures for 12/18 months. After the wine is bottled and stays in the lying bottles before packaging and consignment.

With a ruby-red colour, the Barbaresco MONTERSINO has a delicate and elegant bouquet with fruity yet ethereal aromas reminiscent of raspberry and violet that combine nicely with richer, more spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh and well structured, smooth and well-balanced: a wine of great prestige and excellence.

Recommended serving temperature: 17 - 18°C in tasting glasses.
