Vinification
Soft pressing of grapes, maceration with grape skins for around 10-12 days at a maximum temperature of 29-31°C. After the malolactic fermentation in spring the wine is decanted into oaken casks in which the Barbaresco matures for 12/18 months. After the wine is bottled and stays in the lying bottles before packaging and consignment.
